Random deaths on buffed channels

On buffed channels, taking a hit will sometimes result in dying with no revive menu requiring an @check to respawn
This is exceedingly annoying if it happens at say, the map before Lucid, or when trying to farm on buffed channels.

Demon Slayer for this recurring event, I've had it happen before on Paladin and Dawn Warrior as well but thought they were one-offs
